Marble and Natural Stone
Marble is a natural stone material that is organically porous, soft, and more sensitive to chemicals than other stones such as granite.
Since marble is a porous stone, any substances that are left on marble surfaces can stain. We highly recommend cleaning any spills or food crumbs immediately with a lightly dampened cloth as this will minimise the imperfections to the item.
CLEANING: Use warm water and detergent. Do not use soap as it can cause the light stone to darken. Detergent should be effective enough to remove oil-based stains. Once you have cleaned the surface, rinse it with water and dry with a soft cloth.
SEALING: Natural stone must be sealed with a penetrating sealer and be regularly maintained. You can use a sealant two to four times a year. This will prevent that natural stone from absorbing liquids and moisture. When using a sealant on a dining table, make sure that the sealant is safe for food preparation areas. Wood
Our Wood collections often have lacquered surfaces and can mostly tolerate the heat from coffee cups and dinner plates, however they cannot tolerate greater temperatures from dishes heated on the stove-top or in conventional or microwave ovens. The lacquer is also water resistant, however cannot tolerate excessive quantities of liquid. Dry any spills immediately and polish the surface, otherwise liquid may seep through the lacquer and cause irreparable damage. Your solid Wood furniture is a natural product and may expand and contract due to varying temperature conditions. Remove ordinary household dust with a soft, clean cloth, wiping with the grain.
Outdoor Steel
Our outdoor steel products ar galvanized to prevent rust and erosion however extra care must still be paid to this natural material.
Gardening water is harsh and untreated and must not be left on the product for long periods of time. The materials in this Hard water can create a white cast over time but can also erode and rust your steelb very quickly.
It is best to wipe your product dry as soon as possible rather than keeping it soaking in this harmful water.
If the product is expected to soak in water over long periods of time we recommend using a clear anti-rust spray which will help you prolong the life of your item. These can be found at any hardware store or on Amazon.ae.
Wood Veneer
Dust the veneer regularly with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Wipe dry the surface in the direction of the wood grain. Any spills or residues should be immediately wiped up with a damp cloth.
Glass
Wipe glass clean with a dampened cloth and glass cleaner once a week.

OUTDOOR FABRIC
Our Outdoor fabrics are commercial grade and offer great comfort and durability. Cushions are not recommended to be removed for washing but can be washed with foam (detergent and water) and a brush or sponge. Drying in the sun is highly recommended to avoid mildew. If any issues with fading or the durability of your fabric come into question due to natural elements please contact us as they are under warranty for a period of 2 years.
